I would say it is okay. I work in the healthcare field and assist individuals with bathing everyday. As long as the person providing care is comfortable with their duties and is keeping it professional, there is absolutely no issue. Honestly, I have nothing but the utmost respect for those who step up to care for family and loved ones when needed. I've done it and it is one of the most emotional and hardest jobs I have ever done in my life

I would say no since in the african culture that seem as a taboo and it cannot be allowed that way.
